1. Type: DBLJ03-700/800 Batch VDU  

① Capacity: 1~1.6 MT/day

② Metal Usage: Tin-Lead Separation, Tin-Bismuth Separation, Tin-Zinc Separation, Tin-Lead-Antimony Separation, Tin-Lead-Antimony-Arsenic Separation, Tin-Indium Separation, Lead-Sliver (Gold) Separation, Lead-Bismuth-Sliver (Gold) Separation, Lead-Bismuth-Antimony-Sliver (Gold) Separation, Lead-Bismuth-Antimony-Copper-Sliver (Gold) Separation, etc…Almost all the complex (high-content impurities) nonferrous metal alloys Separation and purification.

2. Type: DBWJ05-3 Batch VDU

② Metal Usage: Hot galvanizing scrap Separation, Hard Zinc Separation, Zinc-Iron Separation, Zinc-Iron-Aluminum Separation, etc… Almost all types of wasted Zinc alloy recycle.

3. Type: DBLJ04-1000 Batch VDU  

① Capacity: 0.8~1.2 MT/day

② Metal Usage: Hot galvanizing scrap Separation, Hard Zinc Separation, Zinc-Iron Separation, Zinc-Iron-Aluminum Separation, etc… Almost all types of wasted Zinc alloy recycle.

4.  Type: DBLJ14-1000 + DBLJ13-300 Combination = DBLJ13-1000 Batch VDU 

① Capacity: 1~2 MT/day

② Metal Usage: Water-content Crude Selenium from Lead or cooper refining process, Smelting and Refining, Selenium-Lead-Sliver (Gold) Separation, Selenium-Lead-Bismuth-Sliver (Gold) Separation, Selenium-Lead-Bismuth-Antimony-Sliver (Gold) Separation.

Semi-Continuous Batch Style

Description: Functions with one batch at a time, but with continuous feed after melt. Load/Melt/Feed/Separate/Cool/Dispense.

Automation available: Partial (Continuous and precise feeding)

Continuous Style

Description: Functions contiguously. Load/Melt/Feed/Separate/Cool/Dispense/Load>
